Function:

Laser light barriers consists of a transmitter and a receiver unit . The necessary control electronics are contained in the transmitter. A test input and a current expensive input are partly contained in the control electronics.
An interruption of the laser beam is simulated by the sender disconnection of the test input.
- The output can be tested! -The current control input serves the laser performance by manual regulation (adjustment when contamination). The receiver unit consists of a high-quality focus-optics, the receipt diode and the analysis electronics. The received laser performance is tranferred by electronics into a switching output or an analogue output. The analogue output serves as an adjusting help when assembling the light barrier. The analogue output can also be used for the measurement of a partial disconnection of the laser beam (0-10V).
For example: widths-and highness measurement, edge control of current paper tapes, half transparent foils, verneers, cloth and sheet metal.
