Instruments: where high accuracy and performance are needed

VTI's products have a wide range of uses in equipment requiring high reliability and performance. The aviation industry, amongst others, has adopted technology originally developed for the automotive industry. Inclination sensors are being used in flight instruments and simulators.

VTI's sensors are also used in navigation equipment to measure distance and position. In addition, seismic instruments can use sensors that detect low-frequency vibration, for example to predict earthquakes. A novel application field covers electronic construction tools and sophisticated garage instrumentation.

Sensor technology is finding applications in improving the functionality and safety of a variety of utility machines and vehicles, as well as in stand alone measurement instruments.
