Decisions by VTI Technologies' Extraordinary General Meeting

VTI Technologies Oy's Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 February 2008 made the following decision concerning the composition of the Board:

Mr Christian Sinding, Partner of EQT Partners, was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors of the company.

Ordinary members of the Board of Directors of VTI are Dr Peter Grafoner (Chairman), Kurt Hellström, Petri Myllyneva and Christian Sinding, and deputy member Joonas Kettunen.
