CNPC Accelerates Promotion of High-Level Demestic Logging Equipment

It is planned by CNPC that, in the next two years, it will produce 100 sets of EILog fast and imaging system. Before this, CNPC Logging has promoted and applied 124 sets of the high-level logging equipment.

CNPC Logging actively invests, researches, and develops EILog fast and imaging system with proprietary intellectual property rights, achieving the upgrade of single logging technology towards complete industrialization. Currently, CNPC has become the fourth largest R & D and manufacturing enterprise of imaging logging instrumentation.

Domestic fast and imaging logging system provides a strong technical support for searching gas and oil. Up to now, logging volume by EILog system has reached 15 thousand, and first success rate of logging is up to 99.83%; logging time of single barefoot well reduced 6 hours in average, making the coincidence rate of interpretation increased by 4.56 percentage points. EILog fast and imaging logging system will greatly enhance the timeliness of logging engineering services.

Localization of imaging logging system can greatly save costs for equipment introduction. Expense for introducing each EILog fast and imaging logging system is less 40 million yuan than other equipment of the same kind, and 100 sets can save about 4 billion yuan investment.
