1、 Name, quantity, technical specifications and fund resources of goods for tendering:
  Technical specifications: (1) Quantity: 2 sets (2) Steel grade: Alloy pipes for nuclear power station: Inconel 690 Pipes for nuclear class II heat exchanger: 304, 316L Pipes for nuclear class III heat exchanger: 304, 316L (3) Size of steel pipes: O.D.: Ø12 to 25.4 mm Wall thickness: 0.5 to 2.0 mm Length: Max. 28,000 mm (4) Bending radius: 50?1,500mm (5) Bending type: Without mandrel (6) Ellipticity after bending: ≤ 3% (7) Bending speed: ≤5°/s (8) Repeat bending accuracy: ± 0.05? (9) Noise level of equipment: ≤85dB (1 meter away from equipment)

Delivery time:FOB 5 months after the signing of the contract
3、 ★Bidders who have confirmed to participate the bid must log on China International Bidding Network（http://www. chinabidding.com）and register. Please make sure you have registered and passed the annual review before bid opening. The awarding will be publicized on http://www. chinabidding.com.In case that your esteemed company feels interested in participating in the bids, you can log on the China International Bidding Net at http://www.chinabidding.com or Baohua International Bidding Net http://www.baosteelbidding.com to get more information of the bidding event (except for invitation bid). To get bid information, on the China International Bidding Net the registration is necessary and on Baohua International Bidding Net the registration is not necessary

In case that your esteemed company feels interested in participating in the bids, you can log on Baohua International Bidding Net http://www.chinabidding.com to get more information of the bidding event ( except for invitation bid).After the logging, the bidder is able to purchase the Tendering Documents online.
5、 Time for purchasing Tendering Documents: Starting from the date of releasing the tendering bulletin up to the deadline for submission of bids(9:00 -11:30, 13:00-16:00 each day, except for holidays).
6、 Price for One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included) : Bid Section 1 RMB 1200 or USD 150.
All Tendering Documents will be sold with price calculated based on bid section.
If required，mail is charged at RMB 50 domestically, or RMB 200/ USD 25 overseas. The paper documents shall govern in case of any discrepancy between the paper documents and the electronic version.The Chinese version shall govern in case of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version.
If you are going to purchase the Tendering Documents online, that is to say the electronic version instead of paper documents, the price of the online purchase is 60% of the original price. Without paper documents, the PDF version shall govern in case of any discrepancy between the WORD version and the PDF version.
No refund of the bidding document after sale. 
7、 Deadline for submission of bid and Bid Opening Time:2008-10-14 13:00 (Beijing time)
Bidder shall submit the sealed bid to the address of bid opening of the project as stipulated in the Tendering Documents before the deadline for bid submission. Bidder who will submit bid before the bid opening day shall contact person concerned to confirm the address for bid submission. 
8、 Bid Opening Place: Meeting Room on the 3th floor, North Building of Baoshan Hotel, 1813 Mudanjiang Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, China, respectfully invite bidder's (or representative's ) presence.
9、 ★Requirements of Bidder's qualification:
  The bidder shall have designed and manufactured the similar equipment and have the successful performance records for operation under the same working condition. The bidder should supply the performance records by the reference list.
