PCB® designs and manufactures both ICP® preampliﬁers for

prepolarized microphones and traditional preampliﬁers for use with

externally polarized microphones. Small and rugged, with a low

noise ﬂoor and a large dynamic range, these stainless steel

preampliﬁers are needed for NVH testing such as 1m hemi-sphere

acoustic measurements, pass-by noise testing and more.

The industry exclusive Model HT426E01 high temperature

microphone preampliﬁer is designed to overcome speciﬁc high

temperature challenges associated with powertrain and vehicle

systems NVH testing such as exhaust and induction noise testing and

turbo noise testing.

Model HT378B02, as seen in the photograph on the right, is PCB®’s

high-value/high-temperature microphone system which includes a

preampliﬁer (Model HT426E01) and a microphone (Model 377B02
